环缝式压气引射器性能影响规律研究

Research on Influence Rule of Girth Type Air Ejector Device

摘要: 为研究相关因素对环缝式气压引射器性能的影响,文章介绍了其基本工作原理,针对不同材料、不同厚度的调隙垫片对引射器的性能影响,研究了工作压力、集风器进口曲面形状、凸缘圆弧半径对引射器引射风量及耗气量的影响规律。结果表明:垫片材料对耗气量影响较大|集风器进口曲面形状为圆锥形时,效果最好|凸缘的圆弧半径范围在4-8mm之间较为合适。在实际使用引射器的过程中建议充分利用引射器的最佳性能。

Abstract: This paper introducethebasic principles of grith compressed air ejector, which mainly studied the effect of different material and thickness of the gap adjusting shims on the performance of the ejector device, meanwhile study the influence of working pressure, surface shape of the intake of air collector, flange arc radius on the influence of air volume and air inflow of ejector ,the result show that the material of shim have a big influence on the import volume of ejector, effect will be the best when the shape of the intake air collector is conical and the more suitable range of the flange arc radius is 4-8m, should make full use of ejector’s optimal performance during the actual use process.
